CHARDONNAY
The most famous of all the white wine varieties, Chardonnay is more popular that the Beatles and twice as delicious. It is known to be rich, complex, and made in a medium-to-full bodied style. Depending on the winemaker, chardonnay can be light, minerally and elegant, or it can be round, oaky and buttery. You'll often find apple, melon, honey, peach, hazelnut or buttered toast notes to chardonnay.
